For us, “fine dining banqueting” means providing a tailor-made service. We see to each and every detail: from the choice of the mise-en-place and the gourmet menu proposals, followed by a sampling of the dishes – prepared by our executive chef – and the combinations prepared by our maître sommelier.

Each party at Vivando can count on complete, precise and punctual planning, which takes place in our dedicated location, a typical Tuscan villa, exquisitely restored and tucked away in the green hills of Tuscany, 10 minutes from the centre of Florence.
A staff made up of creative event managers, maȋtre, chefs works here: a relaxed and timeless atmosphere, created both to study every detail – from the choice of mise-en-place, menus, tastings and entertainment – and to host celebrations and events to remember.
