How we were born
VIVANDO CATERING
Creativity and competent management for refined catering and banqueting
Vivando was created in 2018, drawing on the experience of Cinzia, a head manager, and Francesca, a creative event manager, who were joined by a young, enthusiastic and competent team.
Our core business is all about organization, planning, attention and problem-solving: these are the solid roots from which elegance, mood and sophistication blossom.
And we never forget the spirit of conviviality and the creative lifeblood that makes every event just that little bit more special.
At Vivando we share the philosophy that refinement, creativity and imagination must be combined with a healthy managerial capacity to manage our clients and their needs. A unique combination.

The planning
Dedicated staff and a welcoming atmosphere
The planning takes place in our own location, a typical Tuscan villa exquisitely restored and tucked away in the green hills of Tuscany, 10 minutes from the centre of Florence: here you will find creative event managers, maȋtres, chefs, in a relaxed and timeless atmosphere, created for the planning and choice of the mise-en-place, menus, tastings and all other details.

Not only catering and venues: Vivando organises every type of event, thanks to a network of collaborators – decorators and floral designers, firework display planners, artists and much more – for an original event that surpasses the imagination.

Our method
A process for studying every detail
We then proceed to choose the mise-en-place and the gourmet menu proposals, which are discussed together, followed by a sampling of the dishes and the combinations prepared by our executive chef. A straightforward process but full of ideas for organising every detail.
